Today we have launched the new skin editor. I still a beta release, but we would love to hear, what you think about it. It’s possible to add your own logo, a background image or choose a new cool ‘Urban Steel’ skin.
You’ll find the Skin Editor in the publication settings in your account next to the Link Editor.

I just wanted to give you a sneak peak on what’s happening in the Pagegangster lab at the moment. We’re working on a cool new Skin Editor to customize the player. It will be possible to upload a logo, background image and change the color theme. The Skin Editor will have a userfriendly interface making it easy to manage your personal skins. So look out for this tool. Soon you’ll be able to present your publications in your own unique skins. It’s going to be awesome!

Happy news to all Pagegangster users. We have just launched a cool new feature making it possible to add videos to your publications.
Our focus has been on making it user friendly enough for everyone to enjoy. Therefore we have developed a Video Editor, a simple interface, where you can manage your videos and just drag and drop them into your publication. It has never been easier to set up the right size and position. Furthermore you can adjust the playback settings or remove the toolbar and background which is really cool if you use alpha transparent videos.
You can either upload your own videos or add YouTube content. We currently support .mp4 and .flv video formats.
You’ll find the Video Editor in the publication settings in your account next to the Link Editor.

Today we have launched the new Pagegangster player version 2.0 after months of testing. It has been re-designed but more importantly we have added a bunch of new features.
Among new features worth mentioning is the Video Editor making it possible to add video content to your publications. It’s mobile friendly so your publication can be read on the go on a mobile device or a tablet. We have added a new view mode so now your readers can enjoy fullscreen mode. Furthermore you can customize the start page number, write an introduction text and of course it also includes all the other features from the old player.
We would love to get your feedback. So try to convert a PDF and play around with new settings and features.

As you may have noticed we had a service window a couple of days ago. This involved a move to new server facilities, which should give all you viewers a faster and better reading experience. Let us know what you think.

We are almost ready with a new platform for publication viewing, packing a lot of new features. There are features you have need for some time and some you will only need once you see them. If you want to see it before everyone else you can join our team of beta testers.
Drop a line at info@pagegangster.com and tell us why you want to be a beta tester and we’ll setup a special account for you. Remember: This is a beta version so it might be a bit unstable so it is not suitable for your customers just yet. It will however be possible for a beta user to test the new software while using the current one for your clients.

Almost a year ago we launched an alternative viewing platform for mobile devices. Today we present a remake of this viewer which allows you to surf Pagegangster publications in a much simpler way. The viewer still builds on simple elements allowing your mobile device to load the publication fast, and enabling users to browse the publication with simple swipe actions like you see in an iPad photo gallery.
Take a look at one of your publications on an iPad – or use our sample magazine. In landscape position, the viewer shows a complete spread. In portrait position, it shows a single page. Swiping left or right will change page or spread depending on the orientation of the device.
We have gathered at lot of feature requests and we are working hard to implement them, but feel free to write us at info@pagegangster.com, if you have any suggestions or ideas. You can also just write a comment right here if you want.

IKEA Canada wanted to show their Tri-Fold brochures online so they signed up for our Enterprise Solution. Together we defined the specification and the result was a cool new Tri-Fold viewer. Click here and follow the flyer link to view the player in action!
