Recently I got a lot of questions on how to embed an activated publication so the viewers don’t see the pagegangster.com link in the url field of the browser. There are several ways to hide the domain name or getting some other trick to work. If you want to enable Google Analytics on your stand alone you can follow this simple guide:
I spammed some of you a couple of days ago for some purchase information, sorry about that. To prevent that from happening again we did an overhaul to the activation process, and this might affect you in the future.
We have got a couple of mails regarding the our stand alone, and how to install it, so I’ll try to guide you through the file structure, and show what you’re able to do once the publication is in place. Today I wrote a small PHP script you can put on your webserver, point your stand alone package to it and have the share functionality re-enabled. This is a first draft, and you’re very welcome to suggest improvements, or send a altered version back to me at rb (at) pagegangster.com. You’re also very welcome to port it to other programming languages, we would love to put it in our product.

Today we have launched a new great feature. Now you can change the skin of the player toolbar, background etc. So far there are 3 predefined skins. We will develop more within the next couple of weeks.
To change your skin go to “edit publication” and choose the skin you like from the drop down under player features.
If you want your own private skin it’s also possible. Please contact Pagegangster at info@pagegangster.com for more info about how and prices.
