Karen Pickering Karen is a determined, strong-minded, driven individual who can offer views and comparisons between business and sport and she can deliver valuable lessons from which industries large and smallcan derive benefit. She understands self-motivation and also what it takes to be a team player. In addition, Karen is Vice Chair of the British Athlete's Commission, sits on the Executive Board for both the British Olympic Association and the English Institute of Sport and is a member of the Sports Advisory group for LOCOG (London 2012). Karen Pickering has been an outstanding member of the British swimming squad since 1986 and has a collection of winning medals that nclude 8 World Championship 14 European Championship medals, 38 National Championship titles, and a Commonwealth Games medal haul of 13 including 4 Gold.
