Next to each of our properties is a facilities list, shown opposite. On this list there are five price categories: Bargain, Economy, Popular, Premium and Premium Plus. Our booking calendar, on the inside back cover of this brochure, indicates the dates relating to these price categories. Our prices are based on 7 days stay, starting on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday (see individual properties for details).The prices vary depending on the time of year you wish to holiday. Listed prices are per property, per week and not per person. Every holiday with Lakelovers offers excellent value.
VisitBritain - star rating
The Star ratings will help you choose the accommodation that’s right for you. Quite simply, the more Stars, the higher
the overall level of quality you can expect to find. Properties with a higher Star rating also have to meet some additional requirements for facilities.All properties have to meet some additional requirements before they can be considered for a Star rating, and from there increased levels of quality apply.The new quality rating system is easy to use and is based on extensive research.When you choose a Star rated property you can rest assured that your expectations will be met and even exceeded. ONE Star properties offer an acceptable overall level of quality, with an adequate provision of furniture, furnishings and fittings.
TWO Star properties offer in addition to what is provided at One Star – a good overall level of quality (please note some properties may be down rated to Two Star, not due to quality, but space restrictions. THREE Star properties offer in addition to what is provided by Two Star – a good to very good overall quality, a good level of maintenance and decoration, ample space and good quality furniture.All double beds require access from both sides. FOUR Star properties offer in addition to what is provided by Three Star – an excellent overall level of quality.Very good care and attention to detail is obvious throughout. Either access to a washing machine and dryer or, if not provided, a 24 hour laundry service.
FIVE Star properties offer in addition to what is provided by Four Star – an exceptional overall level of quality, high levels of décor, fixtures and fittings together with excellent standards of management efficiency and guest services.An excellent range of accessories and personal touches. Some of our properties have not yet been officially Star-rated by VisitBritain. Please feel free to contact our offices for our expected ratings for these properties. We would like you to note however that some properties may provide some of the facilities/equipment found at a higher rating. If you would like further details on any individual properties before placing your booking, please do not hesitate to call our friendly staff who will be pleased to advise and help choose the property that’s right for you.
All you need to
know & do
starting your holiday
All of our properties are available from 4.00pm on your arrival day and in most cases your keys are collected from our centrally based offices from 3.00pm. It may be possible occasionally to arrange an earlier arrival, please check this with our friendly staff no sooner than 3 days prior to your holiday. On your departure day we ask that properties are vacated by 10.00am, and that keys are delivered back to our offices.
(excluding Christmas, New Year and half-term holidays) we are able to confirm your booking with much more flexibility.

Travel cots & high chairs are available to hire in all our properties (where space permits). Each property has at least one TV, most have videos/DVD’s and some have Play Stations and children’s games (see individual property facilities list for details). Let us know if you require a cot or high chair when making your booking and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

short breaks
Most of our properties take short breaks with a minimum stay of 3 nights subject to availability. As an agency, open 7 days a week, we are always available to help you choose the right property for your needs.We are able to take short breaks up to 14 days before your required start date or in the months of January, February, November and December
