Operation Gratitude
In response to Operation Gratitude, the Idlewild family donated 4,837 pounds of goods to be distributed by 11 Chaplains to our soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines. Members of the Maranatha ABF class prepared the donated packages to be shipped. By God’s grace, over 1,800 soldiers will receive a Bible. For some, it may be the first time they will have ever had a chance to read God’s Word. For others, it may serve as a source of comfort in a time of need or it may be the vehicle for them to enter into a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Dear Church Family...
I am the daughter-in-law of Idlewild members David and Lorraine McClelland. I wanted to thank everyone for the hospital visits, cards, and most importantly, the prayers for my husband Ron during his recently diagnosed illness and untimely death. The love and concern that you showed to us during this difficult time has been very much appreciated.
